About this excercise

The Running Man, can be a challenging exercise. This exercise will challenge the body on many fronts: Balance, Core strength and Stability and lower body strength. Given that the movement mimics a running person it will assist your body functioning by increasing the mobility in your hips in certain directions. After becoming competent at this exercise, it can be performed at a relatively fast paced therefore being a great cardio workout also
