Rear Lunge with a Twist

About this excercise

This can be used as a warm up exercise, but you will also get a great workout out of it too. The depth of the lunge will determine the amount of involvement of the leg muscles. Given that the step is rearwards, it’s a great exercise to improve spatial perception meaning that your stepping where you can’t see. This is also a great core and balance challenge.
