This is a low impact entry level fitness class that encompasses a variety of functional movements targeting balance, strength
stability and core movements. – This is a foundational style class that
comprises the most basic of exercises.
At Active & Ageless we offer several membership options for your convenience. Our ultimate goal is to get you healthy, active and moving how you should in a way that suits your lifestyle and budget. Our gym is a premium facility where our classes are small and intimate. You may see cheaper memberships at other locations, however some of these gyms will generally have hundreds if not thousands of members on their books.
At Active & Ageless we keep our class numbers to a minimum to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of each member and their individual goals. The training we provide is of a high quality and we pride ourselves on helping our members achieve their health and fitness related goals.
