You can suspend your membership for up to 6 weeks if you’re injured, unusually busy, or traveling.
Simply notify us 7 days before your hold period, and we will arrange to suspend your membership payments. With this in mind, please note that all holds will incur a $5 per week admin/hold fee. When filling out the form below, provide a start and finish date so that we can automatically restart your membership when your hold period is complete.
We can only pause your membership for a maximum of 6 weeks.
Additionally, know that we’ll treat any extras changes as a cancellation and handle them according to your contract.
