Strength/mobility (sculpt n stretch)

- Improving the body's muscular strength whilst incorporating dynamic movements to increase mobility and improve joint range of motion. Get your body to move better and feel better.

Flexibility/mobility (stretch n revitalise)

- A yoga style class which primarily focusses on easing muscle stiffness and improving one's overall flexibility. This also improves joint range of motion and increases body awareness as well as improving your core strength.

Balance/mobility

- A variety of functional movements targeting balance, stability and core movements.
- This is a foundational style class that comprises the most basic of exercises.

Cardio/mobility (sweat n stretch)

- A combination class to burn fat and improve heart health using cardio equipment and dynamic mobility movements to improve joint range of motion. Increase your body awareness and cardio-vascular health simultaneously.
