HEALTH INDUCTION SCREENING AND FITNESS ASSESSMENT

  • Health & Medical Questionnaire
  • Fitness Screening & Assessment: This is conducted to get a baseline on your personal level of fitness.

STEP 3

GROUP SESSIONS

We work with you to provide recommendations on the types of classes that would best help achieve your goals.

Class Styles/Our Group Sessions include:

  • Strength: Enhance muscular strength and increase metabolism through resistance training.
  • Conditioning: A combination class to burn fat, improve heart health and boost energy levels using cardio equipment and dynamic movements. Increase strength, muscle toning and improve your cardio-vascular health simultaneously.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Promote recovery and ensure efficient movement patterns. Training the body to move how it should.
  • Active Foundations: Improve coordination and joint stability.                    This is a low impact entry level seniors fitness class that encompasses a variety of functional movements targeting balance, strength, stability and core movements. – This is a foundational style class that

    comprises the most basic of exercises.

REASSESSMENTS

  • We reassess your fitness level every 3 months.
  • It is important to us that we are helping you improve your health according to your goals.
  • You will also have unlimited access to our trainers and we are always on hand to help you with any health & fitness-related questions.
