Flexibility & Mobility

Our signature flexibility & mobility class is a yoga style class which is primarily designed to improve the way you move. In this class we use a variety of equipment such as foam rollers, sticks, and stretch straps to ease muscle stiffness, improve balance, and overall core strength.

Prior to starting your membership, we conduct a comprehensive health and medical questionnaire.

This is paired with discussing any goals that you may have. We will then take you through a movement screening to give you guidance on what sessions would best suit those goals.
