01 | THE MEMBERS JOURNEY
Let’s plan your journey to optimal health by jointly setting your personal goals. We aim to help you improve your overall wellbeing and promise some of the best years of your life in a room full of people on a similar journey.
02 |0-3 MONTHS
Your progress to a healthier you begins. Moreover, we help you improve your functionality, strength, muscle toning, stamina, pain-free movement, energy levels, and happiness.
03 | 3-6 MONTHS
Experience a physically active & functional body. Daily activities that may have once been unachievable can now be done with greater confidence and relative ease.
04 | 6+ MONTHS
You will no longer want to be a bystander in life, but an active participant. Following this, you will have greater body control, greater freedom, increased strength, better energy levels, improved muscle/fat ratios, and improved posture.
MITCHELTON GYM LOCATION
At Mitchelton’s community gym for over 60s, our facility is designed specifically for mature adults and seniors, offering age-adjusted exercises and specialist equipment that you wouldn’t find in other regular gyms.
We offer a variety of styled classes including low-impact aerobics, senior strength training, flexibility exercises, and balance workouts. All classes are led by experienced trainers who understand the unique needs of older adults.
The classes are 45-minutes in duration.

We always recommended seeking approval from your local doctor prior to commencing any training. Whilst we are trained to manage an immediate injury, this ensures you are safe and do not cause any further damage.
Please bring a valid ID, comfortable workout clothing, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and any necessary medications or medical information. If you have any specific health concerns, please inform our staff before starting any exercise program.
