Gary Ward

TRAINER

I’ve been involved in sports for as long as I can remember. With qualifications in Exercise Science and Training across different sports, I have a solid grasp and real love for well-organised exercise programs.

To me, it’s crucial to really get to know the person you’re working with. To team up with them so that they achieve the goals they’re aiming for. It’s all collaborative effort. Especially being over 50 myself. Honestly, I believe in the power of staying active!

Dr Jordan Seib

CHIROPRACTOR / TRAINER

My passion and skills in healthcare are helping rehabilitate people. In particular, my background of high level sports means there really isn’t many injuries that I haven’t come across. A chiropractor is not all about cracking backs. My treatments are approached in a holistic way.

Using various techniques like dry needling, soft tissue and adjustments to name a few, help in treating all sports related injuries, workplace injuries, postural issues, general aches and pains, and more.  Overall, my aim is to have you back to your optimal best in as short a time as possible.

Kim Orfanos

Club Manager

I obtained my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness in my early 20’s before taking ten years out of the workforce to stay home and raise my three beautiful children. I opened my home based gym in 2018 and ran a successful business for 5 years.

Approaching health and fitness in a holistic way is one of my strongest beliefs. It’s not just about exercise, many things we do contribute to living a fulfilling life. The things we eat, the way we move, the people we spend time with, to name a few, all play a vital role in our wellbeing. Trying to find a balance is tough, but we get one life, one opportunity to live our lives to the fullest. For me, being able to be a part of someone’s journey is an honour.
