Strength/mobility (sculpt n stretch)

- Improving the body's muscular strength whilst incorporating dynamic movements to increase mobility and improve joint range of motion. Get your body to move better and feel better.

Flexibility/mobility (stretch n revitalise)

- A yoga style class which primarily focusses on easing muscle stiffness and improving one's overall flexibility. This also improves joint range of motion and increases body awareness as well as improving your core strength.

Balance/mobility

- A variety of functional movements targeting balance, stability and core movements.
- This is a foundational style class that comprises the most basic of exercises.

Cardio/mobility (sweat n stretch)

- A combination class to burn fat and improve heart health using cardio equipment and dynamic mobility movements to improve joint range of motion. Increase your body awareness and cardio-vascular health simultaneously.

Strength/Mobility

Improving the body's overall strength whilst incorporating functional movements to increase mobility and improve joint range of motion. Do this class if you would like to lose weight and improve your body toning, increase total body strength, coordination and reduce pain.

Flexibility/ mobility (stretch n revitalise)

This session focuses on easing muscle stiffness and improving one’s overall flexibility and mobility. The active and ageless signature flexibility & mobility class is a yoga style class which is primarily designed to improve the way you move by increasing your joint range of motion, increasing total body awareness, reducing pain and improving your overall core strength. In this class we use a variety of equipment such as foam rollers, sticks and stretch straps.

active foundation

This is a foundational style class that comprises the most basic of exercises. It is a great senior’s class and for those who are just getting started with their fitness journey. This is our entry level class that uses a variety of functional movements targeting overall strength improvements as well as balance, stability and core exercises.

Conditioning

A challenging and upbeat circuit that provides you with a combination of cardio and strength-based activities. The class targets improving heart health, total body strength (including core) whilst improving your joint range of motion. Increase your body awareness, strength and cardi-vascular health simultaneously.

BoxCore

Our BoxCore signature class focuses on all aspects of boxing such as basic combinations and technique, through to improving the way you move, burning fat, improving coordination (boxing is brain training at it’s finest!) and strengthening your core.
