SUSPENSION TERMS

We understand that life changes from time-to-time.

You can request to put your payments on hold for up to 6 weeks if you are injured, busier than usual, or going away.

Please let us know 7 days in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your membership payments. All holds will incur a $5 per week admin/hold fee. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete.

We can only pause your membership for a maximum of 6 weeks.

Anything more is considered a cancellation, which will be carried out in accordance with your contract.

You’ll be missed. So come back soon!
